Ground floor of 100m2 completely renovated in 2018, and again in 2024, with a very personal touch, located in the most exclusive seaside enclave of the city of Palma. El Molinar / Portixol Bahia de Palma Mallorca. etc..

The space
Our house is a beautiful first floor in the district of Molinar/Portixol. Upon entering you will find a fully furnished and equipped kitchen with dining area, a very cozy living room with direct access to a large outdoor patio in the shade of a beautiful centennial Ficus.
The patio is ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors with total privacy, the ficus will give you a magnificent shade and you will be able to listen to the sound of the birds and the tranquility of the Majorcan neighborhood.
In the patio, there is a laundry area, solar shower with hot water, toilet, chill out area.
It breathes a very marine and relaxing air.

On the upper floor there are two beautiful double bedrooms with two double beds (1.60cm each) and a complete bathroom with shower
In our house you will enjoy all the comforts: Smart TV in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, free Wifi throughout the house, air conditioning hot / cold throughout the house, bed linen with comforters and pillows, baby crib, set of towels, toiletries, hairdryer.
In the kitchen you will find a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to be comfortable cooking at home etc...

Services and common areas
From the house you can go directly with your skates or by bicycle to enjoy the promenade of Portixol, which runs along 20km along the magnificent bay of Palma de Mallorca through the marina, fishing port, the Cathedral, the old medina with the Bellver castle in the background. We are 5 steps from the beach of Portixol, a luxury to take a good sunbath and enjoy crystal clear waters in the bay of Palma. The neighborhood is ideal for fishing, sailing, windsurfing, paddle surfing, snorkeling and many more activities. Ideal location to enjoy in family with the children and even more in couple or with friends.

In a radius of 3 minutes on foot you will find greengrocers with local products, sobrasadas and ensaimadas of the day very rich, typical Mallorcan products, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, kiosk (press and tobacco), Supermarket, sports center (GYM) very complete with heated swimming pool, paddle, tennis.
For the little ones, apart from being in a safe neighborhood with multiple activities: beach, crabbing, fishing, sailing courses from 5 years and also for the little ones there are 3 playgrounds for all ages within a radius of 1km.
The gastronomic offer in this area is unbeatable: there are the best restaurants of paella, fresh fish and seafood of the island as well as bars and restaurants of tapas, fusion food, sushi and pizzeria.
For a drink! We have a breathtaking sunset 1 minute from the house, on the promenade where several bars are lucky enough to enjoy it, just imagine the pleasure of having your favorite aperitif watching the sunset with family or friends.

This beautiful 100 m2 BEACH/TOWNHOUSE, with a minimalist touch, is located in the fishing district of the bay of El Portixol/Palma de Mallorca. This is one of the most exclusive maritime areas of Palma.

Upon entering our house you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, full bathroom and direct access through the windows to our patio where a centrally located Ficus Tree continues to grow.

On the second floor there are 2 double bedrooms, both leading to a shared full bathroom.

The house has all the basics you would expect: TV with dual cables, wifi, Heating and air conditioning in all rooms, osmosis treated water supply, osmosis treated water supply, bedding and linens, baby crib, coffee maker, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, washing machine, etc.

The patio is perfect for outdoor lunch or dinner in a very private setting, the Ficus Tree will provide amazing shade and you can hear the birds and boats coming into the bay. you can appreciate the fresh sea air!

When you leave the house, you can start skating or cycling immediately on the Paseo Maritimo, which is 20 km long and takes you along the stunning route along the Bay, the amazing sights of Palma such as the Cathedral, the various marinas and fishing harbors, the old town, and in the background: the Bellver Castle.

We are five steps away from the Portixol beach, which is the perfect place to swim in crystal clear waters in Palma.
This part of the city is perfect for all kinds of activities: snorkeling, windsurfing, rowing, sail fishing and much more.

This is the perfect place for a family vacation, or even better with your loved one, or friends!

Three minutes from the house you will find: local fruits and products, typical Mallorcan products, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, kiosk (tobacco and kiosk), a fully equipped gym with heated swimming pool, tennis and paddle court, and a supermarket.

For the little ones, besides being in a very safe environment, on the beach in search of sea creatures and seashells, there are also sailing courses from 5 years old, and also for the youngest (0 to 3 years) there is a kindergarten that is very complete and friendly, as well as 3 parks with playgrounds for all ages.

you couldn't wish for a better place to eat! The best paella, seafood and fresh fish restaurants are in this area, some lovely bars, sushi and pizza, you won't go hungry during your stay!

happy hour! Within 1 minute from the house there are bars with the best sunset views for a sunset drink, imagine celebrating that drink enjoying those views with your loved ones!

The area where our townhouse is located is perfect, it is 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes by bus to the center of Palma and its shopping district. You can also cycle 15 minutes along the promenade and be in the center of Palma. You won't really need a car unless you are planning to explore the island.
Public transport is efficient, cheap and fast.
We do not provide any tourist services.
